Ried Hasel Grüner Veltliner 2024 0.75 l

A prime single vineyard in the mid-altitude hill country, south-facing with deep loess soils, allows the classic Grüner Veltliner Kamptal DAC character to thrive.

Harvest date: picked on 19 September at 18.8° KMW

Yield: 30 hl per hectare

Short maceration time, cool fermentation and aging in stainless steel tank on full lees until bottling in March.

12.5 % vol. alcohol, 5.5 ‰ acidity, 1.8 g/l residual sugar

On the nose, an initial bouquet of spices followed by delicate linden blossoms; fine-boned and distinctive, this wine shows beautiful poise with refreshingly ample acidity. It lives above all on its aromatic charm, offering a very typical expression in a medium-bodied, easy-drinking style. Exceptional value for money. A great companion to seafood or summer salads.
