In the heart of the Kamptal, our wines are crafted with precision, finesse and a deep connection to the region. With passion, experience and a keen sensitivity to soil, climate and grape variety, we produce Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Roter Veltliner and Chardonnay at the highest level. As a family-run winery with international aspirations, Weingut Eichinger embodies origin, signature style and continuous evolution.

Our Single Vineyards

Hands-on work, attitude and good soil. Period.

Our single vineyards are among the finest in Kamptal: Ried Gaisberg, Ried Heiligenstein, Ried Lamm, Ried Grub – names that stand for origin, character and depth. They reflect complex soils, a cool microclimate and great ripening potential. Each Ried imparts its own signature to the wine – from mineral-elegant Riesling to powerful Grüner Veltliner. Our aim: not to mask the origin, but to make it palpable – glass after glass.

For us, sustainability means more than organic. It starts in the vineyard – with meticulous canopy management, cover cropping, and a respectful approach to soil and vines. We focus on gentle vinification, short transport distances, and genuine craftsmanship. Energy efficiency, water management, and regional partnerships are a given for us. After all, only those who think long-term can preserve origin and shape the future – in harmony with nature.
